Well as you know the association is formed from members and board.
The Woodside Village HOA board did not changed in about 20 years they
can't be outvoted because elections are a fraud. If a board member
leaves the new one is appointed in mid term. They are all crooks and
using money to maintain their condo rentals. Mgr. Saeid Hariri owns (13)
rental units, Richard "Dick" Howe (5), James Gardner, John Devine, Steve
Abenosa and Henry Chian all (1)unit.
If the members are stupid that is what you get.
I've recently called special meeting regarding unlawful assessment
increase.

Out of 403 members only about 20 showed up and I got about 4 proxies.
These who showed up had no clue about the law and what a pro-format
budget is.
So I'm essentially only one person fighting them at cost of 50 slashed
tires and about $5,000 of fraudulent fines.
No one wans to help because they don't want to go trough same terror of
hell like me.
The HOA socialism is perfect tyranny.
Cops will not help and judges are in bed with CAI industry.
