You might want to consider notifying the IRS re: self-dealing and try
to get their non-profit 501(c)(3) tax status revoked.

fight you- worse, it's with your own money. Would abandon that course
of action in favor of more self-help measures.
On a side note: I found the recent civil RICO suit filed in federal
court against a Virginia HOA and its' five board members encouraging.
