Wrong thinking!
Non-judicial foreclosure is executed by sheriff and his deputies.
So you would have to shoot at law officer and every stupid American jury
will convict you. They just can't see dead cop in this country even if
the cop serves the crooks.

I believe that every such foreclosure is sold that way.
Aha!..... I've an idea?
In one of these foreclosures in Texas it got public that a lawyer paid
only about $5,000 for $180,000 house. The IRS learn about it and nailed
the lawyer.

So if we could form an organization which would go after these
foreclosures and work together with the IRS to collect taxes we would
earn about 10%, that is what IRS pays for collecting taxes for them, and
in same time we would made the foreclosure non attractive to lawyers.
Like in above case $175,000 would forced lawyer to pay about 35% tax and
my be more because it would put him in higher bracket.
