I've a great deal of information and hard data on all the issues and
questions you've raised in your post, but to protect my sources it will
take awhile to put it all together. In addition to the foreclosure
data, a California homeowner rights group sent me documents obtained
under the Freedom of Information Act on the activities of the Wolf,
Rifkin, Shapiro, and Schulman law firm. Letters relating their man on
the ground in Las Vegas and arguably, the Real Estate Division's
'shadow' Ombudsman are in my view very damning.

My friends in Nevada tell me the survey he mentions was so flawed and
embarrassing the Commission made the Division pull it from their web
