Great photos. From the looks of it, I bet you could find a dead cat and
couple of old condoms laying around. I do not know about fraud friendly
Florida, but these gated ghettos are popping up all over AZ, NV, & CA.
As the leverage continues to come out of the real estate market,
suspect you will see more and more of these mismanaged, under-funded
nightmares. So much for CAI's 'carefree' lifestyle hype. Well, on
second thought, some people like having pimp-n-ho's and dope dealers
close by. I know I'd...beats living with mayonnaise sandwiches like
Travis. Seriously, received two calls last week from sCAMS in Las Vegas
that were afraid to do walk-throughs on projects less than three years
old. One place had spy-TV like yours, but the kids shot the cameras out.
