estate capital of the world" - NYC & Company) is still used as a base
city when comparing European countries in every "Most Expensive World
Cities" list, because it's still the Most Expensive US City to reside
in! DOH! When America sneezes, the entire world catches a cold. The
American dollar is the world's currency! Expensive in Tokyo is quite
different than expensive in NYC (particularly Manhattan - "center of
the universe"). I know of very few people who want to live in Tokyo,
but I know gobfuls of celebs and socialities who live & breathe NYC.
Woody Allen (b. Konigsberg, Bklyn - umpteenth sweet, Jewish NYer)
recently sold his Manhattan Penthouses for $25M. You do not even get
that steep in Beverly Hills! LOL! And as of recent, NYC chimed in at
yet another #1 spot - world's most expensive hotel suites - Plaza Hotel
Everyone and their mother vies for the obligatory Manhattan
penthouse! From Trump to Martha Stewart, from The Bloombergs (sweet) to
The Rockefellers, from John Lennon (The Dakota - year-long waiting
list) to Michael Jackson (Trump Tower), from Sir Alan Greenspan (former
Federal Reserve Chairman, sweet Jew) to Dr. Henry Kissinger (second Jew
& first non-American born to hold a cabinet position), the world's most
powerful & influential men & women prize success in NY above all other
places. Lady Liberty only beckons the best!eh Anyone with talent,
beauty, or money eventually winds up in The Big Apple to find out where
