That worked out well, I guess.
But do not get upset at the grocer. Best case is that the carts were
stolen and then dumped. Those things are expensive, and that
"service" that finds them and returns them gets a healthy chunk of
change to do so.
Find out who's stealing and leaving them. Get mad at them.
