What does this have to do with the HOA industry? Same thing could
happen to a non-HOA neighborhood.
If you want to claim that HOAs impact property values (positively or
negatively) - post up some data!
Being part of an HOA doesn't mean that the land outside of the
neighborhood is not forsale!
