But who are you trying to convince? I do not think anybody believes that an
HOA can prevent falling property values. That argument would be a strawman.
The argument that people are making is that on *average* an HOA property
will have a higher property value than a non-HOA property. It's a
statistical question. Anecdotes won't help.
