Well all you have do is reasearch the numbers for your self and present them
to the rest of us. Constant cries for statistics and numbers using circular
logic
will not provide any usefull information to consumers considering making an
investment in a HOA. It's a well known fact that statistics are usually used
to hide the truth and decieve uninformed consumers in a maner to thier
detrament. Remember the tabbaco industry has lots of statistics that claim
thier products don't cause cancer, and the anecdotes of all the people
thier
products killed are meaningless in your mind.
There are enough anecdotes to develop a patern of behavior, the folks
currently watching thier HOA investment collapsing are statistics also
and those statistics are the ones i will be compiling, so we will sit back
with our adding maching and watch the loses add up then we will offer
some statistics not sponserd by the HOA INUSTRY.
Regards
Tom.
