Great suggestion. I did that, and that's how I ended up buying in a HOA
community. The greatest appreciation in our county was in those
communities with active, membership-required community associations.
You agreed statistics are not usefull and yet you want others to
rely on statistics to make a investment in a HOA.
Please explain why you changed you position in a few days ?
Consistancy affirms credability do not you agree.
