Where did I say that statistics weren't useful? Statistical evidence is
exactly what I used to make my home buying decision. As I said - "The
greatest appreciation in our county was in those communities with
active, membership-required community associations".
P.S. I didn't invest in an HOA. I invested in a home that happens to
have mandatory membership in the homeowner's association.
