I suspect he is a novice at newsgroups.

And, for the record, I did not recommend anything, I only suggested an other
strategy. Had I been talking to this person on the phone, I would probably gone
over the same material, and settled on what he eventually got. I just do not
like to leave any of the available tools unmentioned. Remember, I get paid
the same no matter what the borrower decides on. In this case, I get paid
zero, by the way.

Don't be such a cynic all of the time.
