Forgot what town or state is was in, but it was on TV a few weeks ago where
they were giving off the land for free if you build a house on it and
promise to stay for a X number of years. I have also seen houses well below
$10K in some real estate sections - do a Goggle see if you could find some.
I believe some cities are giving away crack houses or at lease very cheap if
you rehap them.
