Your situation would be entirely different than my own. It certainly sounds
like the free repair would be the way to go for you.
Me, I am looking for a replacement (I think). I have always hated my Jenn-Air
builders grade, but didn't want to upgrade until it died.
I am thinking of replacing it with a Kitchen Aid... maybe...
