It is your house. Unless someone is holding a gun to your
head, you do not have to sell for any number that you are not
happy with. Simply tell your agent that (1) you are not
happy with the price, and (2) that if he/she isn't willing
to ask what you want for the place, that you will find someone
else to sell it.
