Zillow.com is worth checking out if you want something to talk about
around the water cooler. It shows an aerial view of your neighborhood
with the price of your house and your neighbor's houses.
There is a detail button that gives more info. It does NOT ask your
name, email address, if you are moving in the next 3 months or if you
own the address you are checking out. Unlike other sites (Bankrate.com
is the best I have seen). My virus and spyware detectors didn't come up
with anything after visiting the site (I didn't look for cookies). The
prices were a bit optimistic but there is a long history of high
estimates in the real estate industry.
Entertainment value awaits.
