The Redfin model will take a critical blow when homeowners let thieves,
rapists, and murderers freely into their homes to victimize them. At
least with realtors, the seller is usually away and safe and the
agents' entry information is electronically stored in the keybox along
with all their personal information. Does Redfin also deal with the
appraisers and inspectors who work with the buyers agent to gain access
to the property?

I think it is just another case of an internet startup trying to make a
lot of money without doing anything. Maybe their business model is at
a minimum to dupe the venture capitalists into paying them fat salaries
until they fail or at best go public buy a Hummer and retire.
