How about storing something nasty or heavy in front of the garbage bins.
Leaving room for your car of course. Snake pit, engine blocks, shrunken
head collection, giant paper machet penis sculpture, ...
YES!!! Let the super move your car and then handle your giant penis. He'll
refuse on day one. Maybe he'll get one of the trustees to help him with it.
