What are the reasons that your neighbors are trying to ressurect the HOA?
Are there pressing problems that need to be solved? If not, the best
argument against resurrecting it is that everything is fine without it.
Nobody likes paying money for nothing, so you might find that many of your
neighbors would be against it as well.
