Well which one?... Tom?
The last two small claims regarding towing and injury did not go
nowhere. Problem is that I've stumbled into an idiot Judge Adams,
department C51, in Orange County, CA who is taking small cases and who
is biased against the homeowners big time.
See http://woodsidevillage.ocsatire.com/perl/wood.pl/wood/0173998941.htm

The April 17, 2007 we have election based on new election laws which
should eliminate fraud.

In spite that the Civil Code section 1363.03(a)(3) clearly states:
"A nomination or election procedure shall not be deemed reasonable if it
disallows any member of the association from nominating himself or
herself for election to the board of directors."

The board did not allowed me to nominate my self even though I was
candidate in city election as a mayoral candidate.

So much for new law.

I'm debating myself if I should sue. I may.
The problem is that if I prevail the judge will intentionally sabotage
his own judgment so the board will benefit. Like in prior 2000 suit.

What happened to this country?
Where are the Americans?
We are looking for the terrorists and terrorists are us!
