One last question CJ 05-19-2006
In this day of everyone having more work than they can keep up with, I
wouldn't expect a letter. In a somewhat analogous scenario, I manage
real estate for a large utility and I may give a verbal or a quick fax
rejection for requests for use of our property.

There may have been times when I was swamped and forgot to follow up
quickly and someone had to call me.

Also, my antennae would go up if you want an actual letter. I'd be
asking myself if your trying to build a paper trail to use against the
company for some reason.
