If I were you, I would order an Oppo 981 from oppodigital.com. I own one,
and it is absolutely stellar video quality. When I am watching a DVD
that has a really good video transfer, it looks almost like HD.
Completely jaw-dropping. It's that good. And it supports all three
features that you want. And at $229 plus shipping, it's priced really
well.
Although I am sure there some Toshiba and Sony players that will give
you the features you want, the Oppo will blow them away from a video
viewpoint.
