You mean, you know upfront about those buyers who do not get annoyed and walk
when they're asked for personal information before they've even decided
whether they want to buy your house.

Once upon a time, when I was looking for houses, I dropped into one
real-estate agency to inquire about a house they had listed. They told me
that before they could show me anything, I had to sign a contract agreeing
to buya house from them if they found a suitable one. I left immediately
and found another agency that was more accommodating.

Remember: When you start the selling process, sending buyers away is an
excellent way of having fewer buyers.
