Tony,
Please let us all know if you get an answer to this. Our management
here is doing a "not so good" job however is protected by certain board
members. We really need to hold the manager accountable but it is so
hard since the BOD has a tendancy to downplay all the missmanagement
practices. It is the closes thing I've seen to communism. We have got
to get this under control soon because now they have resorted to
smearing anyone who tries to tell the truth about the living conditions
in our complex. Trash, dirt, loud rude tenants, dogs urinating in the
hallways, etc..
