So, if the secret service is informed of a posted threat against a
President, they shouldn't go find out if a teenager posted it? They
should ignore it and just assume it was a child? Or is it that a
threat should only be investigated if the originator includes his age
in the threat?
BTW, Gavrilo Princip was 19 when he killed Archduke Ferdinand and
started WW1.
