The summary for the overvalued cities is great. If this was the stock
market these might be markets to 'short'.
The other half of the story isn't really covered. The Buffalo NY story
and other cities that are rated as the most affordable in the US.
One big problem with RE investing compared to the public markets
(stocks, bonds, etc) is you tend to invest localing with RE where a
public traded security is more more national or global. There is a
belief that you should only look at RE opportunities in ones back yard
where things might be over prices or a war zone, etc.
