If your subdivision is better than the others, than yes, you're house
should be worth more. You say you had one comp in your subdivision
and another in a similar one. Those together with the 10+ other ones
should give you a good idea of what your house is worth. Given what
you;ve told us so far, I do not know why you think 180 days to sell
your house is out of line.
