Realtor.com = awful search capability. Any alternatives? mikeerdas 07-23-2006
Precisely why Google is stepping into the MLS arena!

Realtor.com is currently the best MLS aggregator there is IMO.
That doesn't mean they're good, just the best available.

There is a vast opportunity to consolidate all the RE info and make it more
seachable and user friendly. It is yet to be seen how well Google works with
agents; whether they form a good relationship, or just piss everyone off.

I have heard Google will host video tours as well as a "basic" free photo package
that can be upgraded to 100's of photos if you wish. Another feature is the
ability to add 1 full page jpg that is intended to be for a floor plan. That's a
feature I think will be a hit.

The big question is when???????????????????????????????
