In addition to the other good advice, one other point I intended to
make --
Be _SURE_ these "other people" are the kind that will --
1) show up -- all of them. Once you order that truck and it's on its
way, you ARE going to unload it, and you're going to unload it THEN,
not after you've phoned around to round up some help in an hour or so.
2) actually will work and accomplish something, not just stand around
w/ a beer in their hand watching or making motions w/ a shovel but
doing nothing but stirring the top inch or so around a little.
