Thanks. I had decided to replace it and I was asking for recommendations for
a new unit.
I fond the following models in Lowes and Sears. Anyone have experience with
these models?
1) Whirlpool Gold - Model # GS5SHAXSB - Nice glossy black finish with
in-door ice dispenser and filter for $1498
2) Whirlpool Gold Model # GD5RHAXSB - Grainy black finish with the same
features for $1298
3) Whirlpool Model $ ED5SHAXT - Grainy black finish with the same
for $1499
