I am glad you pointed that out. The state is reporting the wrong info. Try
http://fl.living.net/Realtor/1198601That's the Florida Association of
Realtor's site for members. Or look me up at http://tinyurl.com/8gwkoThat's
NAR's search engine.
As for the rest. That's what I get for telling you about netronline. And as
a thanks you're taking what you precariously found and putting your own spin
on it. You read my story at
http://www.hipfsbo.com/about_stephen_horrillo.htm.Anyone can. I give my
account of what happened to me BEFORE I had a clue about real estate. I made
my mistakes. I went about it half cocked and got burned. But I learned from
it. I learned the hard way how to do it the right way. I learned finance,
credit repair, the foreclosure process from the inside out. I tried selling
on my own and dealt with the rabble that a newspaper ad and a yard sign
brings. I dealt with shady Realtors who talked me into conducting Open
Houses only to find out by leaving a tape recorder running that they were
steering people to other houses in the neighborhood that had less drive-by
traffic. I dealt with vultures/investors that went so far as to pretend to
be selling window cleaner, then started washing my windows so they could
come get a good look inside the house. And that's just a sample.
I do not know what I have done to you that has threatened you to go to such
lengths, but I feel sorry for you. Personal attacks like that only show
other's what YOU are. That level of spite would send anyone running in the
other direction. I am not ashamed of my mistakes. On the contrary. Those
experiences are part of my resume' as you found on my website. Live and
learn. Now I try to help other's learn from my mistakes. Sure some need to
learn the hard way like I did. So be it. One thing you can be sure of, when
I say something, I am saying it from experience. I am a real person using my
real name unlike you who sits back anonymously "in your underwear" trying to
slander someone you do not even know. I could just imagine the skeletons you
have in your closet. But again, from experience I have learned to just "let it
go" I am into forgiveness rather than spite. You should try it some time. It
feels a whole lot better, and has a lot fewer consequences.
