Ah yes, that's another thing I wanted to note:
the bucket capacity is bogus because the filter pokes into the bucket
so if you're sucking up water,
you'll get several gallons LESS than the "rated" capacity.
But that's actually okay since a full bucket is /HEAVY/
and it's best to dump it when half full.
[I cannot find the exact phrase for "make 2 trips instead of one"
because carrying too much/overloading yourself
leads to dropped tools and hurting yourself]

I too use mine for all cleaning; no need to buy another
indoor/domestic vac. But you're right, it tends to snag stuff
from surprising distances. That's why I like the bagless bucket,
it lets me rescue stuff accidentally gobbled up.

A great deal!

The filters have definitely improved for catching small dust
and antibacterial coatings.
The GoreTex aftermarket filter is much larger than the original filter
and seals very tightly against the top.
I forgot the micron rating, it's not "true hepa" but really close.
