We had two in the master bath in a former home and loved them.
The down side; if it starts raining in the middle of the night it
sounds like someone playing a snare drum in your bedroom. They are
very noisy when it rains. We soon learned to close the bathroom door
when we went to bed just in case.
Other than that--go for it....
