In the past the VCR was cumbersome and transmission is over 200 feet so
I did not wanted to start any elaborate scheme. However, now in Target I
can get for $75 cheep digital camcorder. So I'll think about it. You
can't setup really anything in common area. So it must be in the car
and there are two sides to watch and two tires on each side. So to get
someone photographed to actually slashing tire would require 4 cameras.
How ever color cameras are not IR sensitive. So I'm putting it off on
the back burner.
Look how elaborate are red light cameras in the intersection.
