Most dreadful is the threat that you may have to pay 10,000+ attorney
fees to HOA.
Well in this case I'm suing for $1 so it would be easy.
I'm trying to utilize small claim court to see if it will go forward.
I want only access to documents by which I'd establish whether or
not the suit has merits and than I'd go to Higher court for "order
to show cause" with evidence from the small claim.
