I'd inform your neighbor that the most recent survey is correct. If she
does not think it is correct, then she can play for a new survey and prove
you wrong. Since she is being nasty, I'd suggest going to a lawyer and
giving her a notice to move he fence back onto her property, etc.
Most neighbors are reasonable about these things. But she sounds like she is
pushing things too far. Stick it to her and protect your rights!
