Except that is not what is happening. the idea is that individual
property rights are fine so long as you have enough money. In the case
that is being discussed the developer's can now buy the land from the
homeowners and proceed with building their office park which may allow
the developers to make even more money. I wonder if their local
government is like mine where the government seems to be ruled by
developers and their cronies.

the advantages of modern science and technology?

We will never be truly equal. Someone will always tend to abuse the
