Man accused of shooting HOA president to serve 10 years behind bars

A Glendale man who accidentally shot his Home Owner's Association
president will spend ten years in prison for aggravated assault.
Last July Peter Mayo shot James Robert Bush as he patrolled his
Glendale townhouse complex.
Mayo claims he thought Bush was a burglar so he fired at his car
hitting him in the head.
Bush actually survived the incident.
