Regardless, you fit the profile of a CAI 'facilitator' who even the
most casual reader would recognize as an apologist for industry.
CAI uses their seminars to identify and actively recruit what Lenin
referred to as 'useful idiots' - mindless individuals they can be use
to create conflict within the community to generate fees and provide a
cover for all manner of financial mismanagement.
I do not know you well enough to determine if you are an 'useful idiot'
or just a sadly misinformed eager to please board member, but I do know
that that if Sub or I lived in your HOA you would be out of the pup
tent and in the public stocks before sun down.
