The Geneva Convention applieds to soldiers fighting for a country. The
reason it applies only to them is because recognized countries signed
the Geneva Convention. The first Iraq war was just that.
The war we are in now with Al-Queda isn't with a country, it's with a
philosophy and religion, therefore the Geneva Convention does not apply
to them.
Where's your outcry against those who mutilated the US soldiers?
