The last time i checked non mexican nationals are not allowed to purchase
realestate in mexico,
when the North American Union is brought into being this will be changed.
The golf and pacific
coasts will become prime realestate like sothern california with simular
weather. The HOA INDUSTRY
will invade mexico and build communities along the coasts of mexico, using
non union mexican labor
will provide builders with great prosparity. The demand for sunbelt homes is
high and will probobley
increase as energy costs increase in the rust belt, now imagine how hard it
will be to market a brand
new beach front home to a retired detroit auto worker for say $100,000.
There gonna sell like
buck a gallon gas. With the way the government operates in mexico it wont be
hard for the CAI
to make shure any newly built communities will be HOA only. Now as for
canada there are vast
undeveloped mineral and oil deposits in canada, the trilateral agreement
will allow US corporations
to begin exploration and development of these resources, once they come on
line the workers will
need housing near the proccessing facilities. New communities will be built
by the HOA industry
just like in mexico and of course they will be HOA only. The potential cash
cow for the CAI is
enormous, basicly the entire north american continent will become HOA only
housing and
private property homes will wanish over a period of time. The NAU will bring
prosparity to corporate
executives as we seen recentley with oil company getting bonuses in the
hundreds of millions.
The average citizen will get the crumbs that fall of the table and will be
living in HOA homes that
are in a common intrest community, they get to pay for the home but they
also get all those
lovely CCR's in the deal.
