The system is modeled after the EU and designed to compete with the EU.
Once in operational mode it will behave like the EU, and there are many
documented
stories available of how the EU interferes in the internal workings of
member states
even overruling laws and court decisions. Basicly the constutions of member
states
of the EU are meaningless when a EU commity can step in and block
enforcement of
laws set forth in the constitutions. The same thing will happen here
eventually.
