Just a WAG, but I am thinking that the temps would be the same because
of any thermostat, or other regulation device. Im thinking that maybe
the coatings might make the heat transfer more efficient? The engine
might run cooler at the same coolant temps, but I've a feeling that
you wouldnt see any change in coolant temps because of the regulators.
