So I just got back from the meeting an noting got accomplished because
the issues I've raised re association assessments are strictly Civil
Code based and no one has clue about what I'm talking about.
So if the board said that they distributed proforma budget and give
members a paper I've no way to dispute that accept to cite section
1365(a) and people have no idea what I'm talking about.
This is hwy the HOA is a fraud because the people can't legally
participate in it, even if they want to.
