Well, it cools the smoke in the hookah, but its ability to
filter might be called into question by the fact that people
still get the smoke, and its effects, despite the water
'filter'..................

It's not that I think stupidity should be punishable by death.
I just think we should take the warning labels off of everything
and let the problem take care of itself.
