Howdy,
Your loan officer shouldn't really have much to do with this. Loan
officers typically only get the loan originated for you, and have
nothing to do with ongoing servicing.
Call teh customer service number on your mortgage statement and
inquire.
If your loan officer refinanced you into an interest-only loan and you
didn't realize it, you won't have any principal portion of your
payment.
