Without going in too many details:
Again, without authorization from membership the association adopted
$12,000 health plan for Mgr. Saeid Hariri, is paying $6,000 legal fees
to Esq. Devine who is president, (conflict of interest) and in general
we pay about 30% for kickbacks in contracts.
So if there would be a budget based on what the HOA is authorized to
fund there would be no problem, and no need for increase.
