In general I think it is pretty good. However, I think you would be
better to hit the heart of the matter right up front.
I'd focus more on the $6000 for Devine and less on the $12000 for
Hariri because a lot of people are sympathetic for the plight of the
uninsured and are probably unaware of how Hariri has acted.
So, I'd start with an action statement like:
"We can rollback the illegal assessment increase that will is going
directly into the pockets of the HOA board. You need to act now, sign
the proxy below or attend the Jan. 17th meeting."
