Here comes in play your innocent socialistic naiveness.
People are affright to stick their neck against brutality of Saeid
Hariri. If you challenge him, and that is in essence what I'm doing,
you will have your tires slashed and get on daily bases fines for
nothing. He is so bad that he will give you fine for barking dog even if
you don't have any and board will go along.

So that would not fly!
Even the proxy, he goes around and threatens people who give me proxy
until they revoke them. So I must hold proxy until the day of meeting.
End even than when they count them they will go around and force some to
revoke the proxy and will accuse me that I'm submitting fraudulent proxy.
Only in HOA environment you can find such upheaval and there is no place
you can go for justice! There is always the clique of HOA terrorists who
will isolate any challenger from due process. In essence judges are in
favor of this because they are doing same things. Judges will violate
law every where thy can.
